How We Handle It
We verify your insurance benefits at no cost to you. All you need to do is provide your insurance card or details, and we’ll contact the insurance company to check your coverage. Once verified, we’ll explain what your plan includes, any out-of-pocket costs, and authorization requirements.
In-Network and Out-of-Network
We maintain a list of insurance companies with which we are in network. Even if your plan isn’t listed or we’re not in network, please call us. We may still be able to work with your plan or help you find alternatives.
Typical Insurance Coverage Areas
• Residential treatment and 24/7 supervised programs
• Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs
• Mental health assessments and ongoing therapy
• Medication management for mental health conditions
If You Don’t Have Insurance or Need Financial Assistance
We understand that insurance can be complex. If you don’t have coverage or your plan has high costs, we’ll work with you to find options that make care possible.
• Payment plans to make treatment more affordable
• Sliding scale arrangements or financial aid for those who qualify
• Assistance exploring or applying for insurance or state-funded benefits
