Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)- Mental Health
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for individuals who require more support than traditional weekly therapy provides yet are ready to live at home, manage daily responsibilities, and engage in active recovery.
Who This Program is For
You may be a strong fit for IOP if you:
- They are managing significant mental health symptoms but do not require 24-hour supervision.
- Have completed or stepped down from higher levels of care, such as inpatient or residential treatment, and are working to re-integrate into daily life.
- Need structured treatment but still must attend work, school, or family responsibilities.
- Want a treatment program that lets you actively apply what you learn in real life while receiving therapeutic oversight?
What to Expect During IOP
- You’ll begin with a thorough assessment to identify your strengths, challenges, and goals.
- The treatment team will create a tailored plan including individual therapy, group sessions, skill-building workshops, and wellness activities.
- Sessions are typically scheduled several days each week for multiple hours at a time, allowing continued engagement with real-world life outside of treatment.
- You’ll receive clinical oversight, including medication management if needed, and consistent therapeutic support as you apply new strategies in your daily environment.
Benefits of Choosing IOP
- Flexibility to stay engaged with your home life, work, or school while receiving meaningful therapeutic intervention.
- Structured recovery with scheduled sessions, peer support, and teamwork without overnight stays.
- Real-world practice where you learn coping skills and apply them immediately in your daily environment under clinical guidance.
- Seamless transition after more intensive care or as an alternative when outpatient therapy alone isn’t sufficient.
